1. Software Usage Rights

At AeolusVyre, we provide access to advanced human capital management tools. We're committed to your success, but use is restricted to authorized personnel within your organization. Don't share credentials.

Under these terms, you'll receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to operate our engagement platforms. Have you considered the impact of unauthorized access on your employee data integrity? We strictly prohibit reverse engineering or attempting to extract our source code.

Data Governance

Our commitment to the Cayman Islands and UK data protection standards ensures your workforce analytics are secured with 256-bit encryption. We don't settle for less.

3. Limitation of Liability

We've been refining our systems for over 12 years, yet no digital platform is immune to downtime. AeolusVyre won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform unavailability.

Our team works tirelessly at 42 Bluffwood Drive to ensure 99.9% uptime. However, we're human. We believe in transparency over fine-print jargon. You'll find our liability is capped at the total fees paid during the preceding 6-month period.

4. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend access if these terms are violated. It's a matter of protecting the whole ecosystem. If you decide to move on, we'll facilitate a 30-day window for data export.

Will your HR strategy evolve beyond our current engagement tools? We hope so, but if you leave, all intellectual property rights for the AeolusVyre engine remain ours.

5. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes will be settled in the competent courts of our jurisdiction.
